These centering bars are versatile positioning devices that work effectively on non-conductive workpieces undetectable by conductive touch sensors, etc.
The following types of SYIC centering bars are available: the ME1020 with a 10 mm dia. shank and a 10 mm dia. terminal; and the ME420 with a 2-step terminal (4- and 10 mm dia. steps) for small-diameter holes. (Neither type is made of non-magnetic.)
Speeds should be held to within 400 to 600 min-1, and positioning repeatability to within 2 μm, during use.
