SYIC touch sensors are available in the following two series: the ES Series equipped with an LED and a buzzer for both visual and auditory signaling detection and the OP Series equipped only with an LED for signaling detection (powered by two N size batteries).
The LED lamp, common to both series, enables easy recognition of detection during work in dark recesses. The ES Series emits a buzzer sound to signal detection of positions in workpieces shaped inconveniently for visual recognition of LED light.
Both series are available with two shank diameter options, one 20 mm and the other 32 mm. A spring mechanism that pulls up the tip terminal from the main body is provided in each touch sensor to prevent overruns and consequential damage (no Z-direction clearance). Repeat accuracy ≤ 5 μm. Supplied with two N size batteries and a wooden case.
