Functions and features
Equipped with an X-ray camera for radioscopic analysis and coordinate measurement of multilayer board patterns.
This machine takes measurements of the boards in all the processes from exposure to finishing to analyze their expansion, contraction, and distortion.
(Equipped also with a CCD camera for measuring exposure films or the like immeasurable by X-ray, MVX-818 is capable of process-by-process analysis on its own.)
