Functions and features
The CCD camera accurately measures the coordinates of fiducial mark positions on inner layer boards. Then, the high-accuracy X-Y-Y type (PAT) alignment table ensures high-accuracy alignment to the fiducial mark compensating positions on each board. The aligned inner layer boards are each temporarily bonded by welding.

- This system checks upper and lower inner layer boards for positioning accuracy with them closely held together and realigns them, if deviating from the set values, thereby preventing interlayer misalignment defects.

- Inner layer boards need no drilling. P.P. drilling process no longer necessary.
- Dust-free
- No drilling involved. Hence, no drilling swarf is produced.
