Functions and features
X-ray guide hole punching machine equipped with two identical punching mechanisms.
Equipped with an X-ray unit to measure the coordinate positions of two or more guide marks (multi-point compensation) on each multilayer board and punch holes with the guide mark positions compensated in the X- and Y-directions to coordinate positions where the errors of the guide marks are the smallest relative to the design-specified drilling coordinates.
Capable of using a combination of different punching methods such as compensated punching, mark center punching, and NC punching.
- Punching thin PCBs with fewer burrs.
- Capable of burr-free, high-quality punching of thin PCBs difficult to drill. Most suitable for punching guide holes for exposure and laser through flexible PCBs, buildup PCBs, etc.
